Craft over speed. We would rather take an extra week and ship something right than move quickly and carry the debt. Every decision that goes into YLÄUXI, from architecture to copy to agent logic, is made with the understanding that operators are running real businesses on top of it. That standard does not move.

Clarity over cleverness. The best work here is not impressive. It is clear. Clear thinking produces clear systems. Clear systems are easy to maintain, easy to improve, and easy to hand off. We value the person who can explain a complex thing simply over the one who makes a simple thing complex.

Ownership over titles. Everyone here owns what they build. That means you define the problem, propose the solution, execute it, and stand behind the result. We do not have managers who check work. We have collaborators who raise the standard.

Technical Implementation Lead

Operations — Remote (US preferred) · Philadelphia preferred

$90,000 to $120,000 base + performance incentives

Own the technical relationship between YLÄUXI and its clients from subscription confirmation through the life of the account. You make the product work for the people paying for it.

At Command and Sovereign, that means onboarding, agent configuration, data migration, and clean integrations. At Prestige, a full infrastructure review and deployment on the client's terms. At Enterprise, the full technical handoff: codebase delivery, custom agent build, and infrastructure configuration, with accountability through the support window.

This is a senior technical operator role. Not support. Not a help desk. Every client deployment is a project you own.

What you own

Full onboarding for Command, Sovereign, Prestige, and Enterprise subscribers

Data migration from existing tools: customer records, product data, contact lists, assets

Agent configuration per client: brand voice, rules, logic, active agent selection

Integration setup: Stripe, Resend, social platforms, custom domains, DNS

First 90 day client health monitoring: underutilisation, misconfiguration, and churn signals

Technical escalation point for P1 and P2 issues across the subscriber base

Enterprise deployment management: custom agent builds, FLOW automation, infrastructure handoff

Internal documentation of deployment patterns and resolution playbooks

What success looks like

6 months Every Command and Sovereign subscriber fully deployed within 72 hours of signup.

12 months Repeatable deployment playbook for every tier. Enterprise handoffs executed in under 30 days.

24 months Institutional knowledge of how clients use YLÄUXI informing product decisions.

Required experience

Minimum 4 years in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or client engineering at a SaaS company

Hands on PostgreSQL or equivalent: reading schemas, writing queries, diagnosing data issues

DNS management, SSL configuration, and domain setup

Comfort in Linux server environments and terminal workflows

Webhook integrations: Stripe, email APIs, third party platforms

Multiple client deployments in parallel without things falling through

Direct client communication that non technical founders can follow

Strong preference for

Self hosted SaaS deployments: VPS, nginx, application architecture

Multi tenant SaaS with real client isolation and data security

AI powered products: explaining what agents do without overselling

Premium pricing ($1,000 to $10,000/mo per client) expectation management

Resend, Stripe, or comparable email and payment infrastructure

Building internal documentation and deployment playbooks from scratch

Human Relationships Lead

Growth — Philadelphia preferred · major US city acceptable

$75,000 to $95,000 base + conversion and retention incentives

The human face of YLÄUXI in the rooms where the right clients are. You build relationships with founders, operators, and holding company executives who fit Sovereign, Prestige, and Enterprise.

Not pitching. Being genuinely useful over time. Making the right people feel known and respected by YLÄUXI before they subscribe, and making Sovereign and Prestige clients feel they matter long after they do.

Genuine interest in other people's businesses. Comfortable in founder rooms without dominating them. Capable of representing quiet authority, high standard, zero noise in every interaction.

What you own

Relationship development with prospective Sovereign, Prestige, and Enterprise clients

Relevant industry events: brand, luxury, DTC, founder, and holding company circles

First human contact on Prestige and Enterprise inbound applications after automated confirmation

Quarterly touchpoints with Sovereign and above subscribers: check ins, early access, feedback

Referral program: identifying clients likely to refer and creating natural conditions for it

Market intelligence: competitor positioning, client pain points, unmet needs

Speaking opportunities, panels, and podcasts where the audience matches our client profile

What success looks like

6 months 50 to 75 high fit prospects documented with relationship status. At least 3 Prestige applications from relationships you developed.

12 months Every Sovereign and Prestige subscriber had two meaningful touchpoints last quarter. Enterprise pipeline with active conversations.

24 months Warm brand association in founder and operator circles before prospects reach marketing.

Required experience

Minimum 5 years in relationship focused roles: BD, partnerships, premium client success, or founder facing professional services

Track record building relationships that convert over long cycles, not transactional sales

Premium, high expectation environments: luxury, professional services, founder communities

Public brand representation at events and panels aligned with brand positioning

Written communication at the same standard as YLÄUXI copy

Pipeline discipline without heavy CRM structure: judgment over data entry

Strong preference for

Experience with multi brand founders, holding operators, or DTC brand builders

Network overlapping YLÄUXI's target profile: 2+ brands, fashion, beauty, wellness, food, technology

Premium product, relationship driven sales cycle rather than volume

Self directed in a lean structure

Credible conversation about AI native infrastructure without being technical

Regional Sales Rep

Sales — Regional · remote

Commission first · recurring on closes, renewals, upgrades

Own a geography. Prospect multi brand founders and holding companies, maintain a qualified pipeline, and close YLÄUXI subscriptions.

Commission first. You earn on closes, renewals, upgrades, and retention. Regional ownership with one or two reps per market.

You prospect, qualify, pitch, and close. Provisioning and support run through HQ.
