About YLÄUXI
YLÄUXI is an AI-native operating system for independent professionals. Four categories — Founder, Professional, Talent, and Builder — each get a version of YLAUXI configured specifically for them. Founders get a multi-brand operating system with 164 agents across 10 pillars. Professionals get a client and practice management OS. Talent gets a career and deal management OS. Builders get a project and client OS. The AI advisor, deal pipeline, income tracker, rate card, contract vault, and agent catalog are all category-aware from the moment you sign up.
YLÄUXI is built for four kinds of independent operators. Founders: startups, indie operators, multi-brand holders, agency owners, studio owners — anyone building a company or brand portfolio. Professionals: consultants, coaches, lawyers, therapists, advisors, strategists — anyone monetizing expertise and reputation. Talent: models, creators, athletes, musicians, actors, speakers — anyone monetizing presence, performance, or identity. Builders: developers, designers, photographers, writers, freelancers — anyone monetizing a skill applied to others' visions. If you work independently, YLÄUXI is the operating system for how you run.
Most tools are generic. A CRM built for a Fortune 500 sales team is not the right tool for a model negotiating brand deals. A project management app built for software teams is not the right tool for a consultant managing retainer clients. YLÄUXI is purpose-built for how independent professionals actually work — and it reconfigures itself around your category. The AI advisor speaks your language. The deal pipeline tracks what you track. The rate card understands your market. Nothing is generic.
Command tier and above include managed hosting: YLÄUXI provisions and maintains your instance on dedicated infrastructure. Solo and Elevate subscribers access a hosted environment managed by YLÄUXI. Prestige subscribers receive fully dedicated infrastructure. Enterprise clients own their infrastructure outright.
Your data is stored on infrastructure managed by YLÄUXI and its hosting partners. Prestige subscribers receive dedicated, isolated infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. YLÄUXI never uses your data to train AI models or shares it with third parties for commercial purposes. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
Getting started
Solo and Elevate subscribers receive access within 60 minutes of subscription confirmation. Command and Sovereign instances are provisioned within 60 minutes and include a dedicated onboarding session scheduled within 48 hours of signup. Prestige onboarding is coordinated directly with your named account contact.
No. YLÄUXI is built for operators, not engineers. You pick your category at signup — Founder, Professional, Talent, or Builder — and the OS configures itself. The interface is designed for decision-makers. If you can run your business, you can run YLÄUXI.
Signup takes under two minutes. You pick your category, pick your specific type (model, consultant, developer, etc.), describe yourself in your own words, and your OS is ready. That description becomes the persistent context injected into every AI interaction — the more specific, the more accurate. Solo and Elevate subscribers are fully self-serve. Command and Sovereign subscribers receive a dedicated onboarding session and agent configuration. Prestige subscribers are assigned a named account contact from day one.
Yes. YLÄUXI includes import functionality for customer records, product data, and contact lists. Your YLÄUXI team will guide you through migration as part of onboarding on Command and above. The goal is for your instance to be operational before you cancel your existing tools, not after.
Tiers and pricing
Pricing is per category. Founders: Solo $149, Elevate $499, Command $1,499, Sovereign $3,999, Prestige by application. Professionals: Solo $79, Elevate $199, Command $499, Sovereign $1,299. Talent: Solo $49, Elevate $149, Command $399, Sovereign $999. Builders: Solo $39, Elevate $99, Command $249, Sovereign $599. Every category gets the same tier structure — Solo (core features, limited active agents), Elevate (expanded agents and modules), Command (full suite, managed hosting), Sovereign (complete OS, all agents, dedicated support). Full comparison is on the Tiers page.
AI credits are the unit of consumption for all AI-powered activity in your YLÄUXI instance. Every agent call, content generation, MUSE image, MUSE video, and FLOW automation draws from your monthly credit allocation. Intelligence tasks cost 2 credits. MUSE static images cost 15 credits. MUSE video and reels cost 40 credits. FLOW automation triggers cost 1 credit. Your balance is visible in your dashboard at all times. Credits reset on your billing anniversary date.
Overage charges apply automatically and are billed at the end of your billing cycle. AI credits overage is $0.08 per credit. Email send overage is $1 per 1,000 sends. VAULT storage overage is $0.05 per GB per month. You will receive a notification when your credit balance falls below 20%. You can also purchase top-up blocks in advance to avoid overage pricing.
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You can make tier changes at any time from your account settings.
Prestige is not self-serve. Every Prestige subscriber goes through an application review before access is granted. This is because Prestige includes dedicated infrastructure, a named account contact, and custom agent training, all of which require YLÄUXI to assess fit and scope before committing resources. Approval is at YLÄUXI's discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee access.
Agents
Every agent in the catalog runs in one of four modes. Loop agents (⟳) run on a schedule — reconciliations, syncs, hourly checks. Intel agents (◈) monitor performance, flag anomalies, and surface trends without generating copy. AI agents (✦) produce content on demand: briefs, copy, contracts, strategy. Hybrid agents combine both — scheduled intelligence plus Ask ✦ for generation. Your tier sets how many agents are active at once; you choose which fill those slots.
Yes. Each agent stores a per-brand brief and recent conversation turns. Loop and Intel agents accumulate context from scheduled runs; AI and Hybrid agents retain Ask ✦ sessions. CONCIERGE reads portfolio agent memory automatically — you do not re-brief every time you open chat. View or clear memory per agent or brand from Intelligence → Memory.
Every agent uses the brand voice, tone, and context you configure during setup. The more specific your brand profile (voice, guidelines, product information, customer profile), the more accurate the agent outputs will be from day one. Sovereign subscribers receive a dedicated agent configuration session. Prestige subscribers receive full custom agent training where agents are built and trained specifically around their business model, not just configured.
Active agents are the agents running simultaneously at any given time. Your category determines which agents are in your catalog — Founders get 164 agents across 10 pillars, while Professionals, Talent, and Builders each get a curated catalog of agents specific to how they work. Your tier determines how many can be active at once: Solo 10, Elevate 15, Command 25, Sovereign 65. You choose which agents fill those slots and can swap them at any time.
Yes. You manage which agents are active from your agent dashboard. Toggle any agent on or off at any time. Changes take effect within seconds. The agents you switch off remain available. They simply stop running until you activate them again.
Platform modules
Editorial Calendar is a unified schedule inside YLÄUXI. Social posts, email queue items, meetings, and content approvals appear on one timeline per brand or across the portfolio. You stop switching between a social scheduler, email tool, and spreadsheet to see what ships this week.
SHEETS are workbooks inside the OS with optional live bindings to finance, inventory, and orders. Build operator dashboards and exports without syncing a separate spreadsheet tool. CSV export is built in.
Create meetings or public booking links per brand. After a call, paste a transcript — YLÄUXI generates a summary and action items. FLOW can route follow-ups to email sequences or tasks automatically.
Yes. CHATBOTS lets you train a bot per brand on Brand DNA and FAQ content, then copy an embed script to your storefront footer. Replies stay on-brand without a third-party chat SaaS.
CANVAS is the visual studio — MUSE imagery, video, brand-token exports. STUDIO is the writing and presentation workspace — long-form copy, deck outlines, AI draft to Email compose. Both save exports to VAULT.
Yes. FLOW supports send_email actions, drip sequences, and triggers tied to commerce and CRM events. The email sequence runner processes queued steps on a schedule. Credits apply per automation action as listed on the Tiers page.
MUSE
MUSE is the creative model library inside YLÄUXI. It gives you access to a curated roster of 25 professional models, diverse in gender, race, skin tone, and aesthetic category, to generate campaign imagery, lookbook content, social assets, and editorial visuals for your brands. Outputs are generated, brand-matched via CANVAS, and stored directly in VAULT. Your tier determines how many models you can access and which output formats are available.
The MUSE roster defines consistent model identities for generative campaigns — comp-card specs, categories, and trained likeness parameters for CANVAS. Imagery is synthetically produced, not documentary photography. See the AI Disclosure and MUSE Terms for labeling and usage obligations.
Yes. MUSE-generated imagery is permitted for commercial marketing subject to the MUSE Terms — paid advertising, organic social, email, and web, with prohibited uses listed there (political, adult, defamation, etc.). You must label synthetically generated assets where law requires. Full rules: Terms of Service and MUSE Terms.
No. MUSE roster assets, comp cards, and likeness parameters are licensed only for use inside your active instance and for brands on that account. Scraping, redistributing, or generating with MUSE identities outside the Service — or after termination — is unauthorized. YLÄUXI may suspend access and pursue legal remedies. See MUSE Terms.
Prestige subscribers can upload their own talent (models or brand representatives) to MUSE in addition to the shared roster. Custom uploaded models are exclusive to your account. No other YLÄUXI subscriber can access them. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consent and usage rights from any individual you upload. Custom models generate at the same credit rate as roster models.
Billing and infrastructure
YLÄUXI accepts major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise agreements may be invoiced separately. Payment card data is processed directly by Stripe. YLÄUXI never stores or accesses your card details.
No. YLÄUXI does not offer free trials. The product is built for serious operators and priced accordingly. Solo at $149/month is the lowest-friction entry point. It gives you real agents and real infrastructure without a commitment to the full OS.
Managed hosting means YLÄUXI provisions, maintains, and monitors your instance infrastructure. You do not manage servers, SSL certificates, DNS, or database backups. Your instance is provisioned within 60 minutes of subscription confirmation and is maintained by YLÄUXI for the duration of your subscription. Managed hosting is included from Command tier and above.
Prestige subscribers are covered by YLÄUXI's Service Level Agreement, which commits to 99.5% monthly uptime, defined response times by issue severity (P1 critical issues: 1-hour response, 4-hour resolution target), a named account contact with a direct line, and a service credit structure if uptime falls below the committed level. The full SLA is available at /legal/sla before subscribing.
Enterprise and account
Enterprise is a perpetual license starting at $96,000. You receive the full YLÄUXI codebase, deploy on infrastructure you control, and own the system outright. There is no monthly subscription. Enterprise begins with a business audit and a scoped build. Submit an Enterprise application to start the conversation.
Cancel from your account settings or contact billing@ylauxi.com. Access continues through the end of your current billing period. After that, your instance becomes inactive. Your data is retained for 30 days. Export your data from account settings before deletion if you need a copy.
