Welcome and onboarding guide
Everything you need to get your instance running, your brands configured, and your agents active. Read it once. The platform will make sense faster.
I
Access your instance
You will receive two emails within 60 minutes of subscription confirmation:
Payment confirmation from billing@ylauxi.com. Instance access from onboarding@ylauxi.com with your unique instance URL, temporary login credentials, and a link to set your permanent password.
Your instance URL is permanent. Bookmark it. If both emails have not arrived within 60 minutes, check spam, then contact support. hello@ylauxi.com.

Set up your profile
On first login you complete your account profile:
Full name and contact email
Time zone (SIGNAL delivery, scheduled reports, social timing)
Preferred language
Notification preferences: email digest, real-time alerts, or none
Takes under five minutes. Do not skip time zone — it affects when agents run and when scheduled content publishes.

Create your first brand
Navigate to Brands in the sidebar. Select Add Brand. For each brand enter:
Brand name and category
Primary currency
Brand website URL (optional at setup)
Brand color hex (used in CANVAS and overview)
Brand voice paragraph (calibrates your agents)
Solo: up to 2 brands. Elevate: up to 4. Take your time on brand voice — specificity improves agent output from day one.

Activate your agents
Navigate to Agents. 203 agents are in the catalog — your category determines which you see. Your tier sets how many run simultaneously: Solo 10 active, Elevate 15 active.
Toggle agents on with the switch beside each name. Swap anytime — changes take effect within seconds.

Navigate to Integrations to connect:
Stripe for commerce and subscriptions
Social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn
Email sending domain via Resend (DNS instructions in-app)
Custom domain on Elevate
Each integration has a step-by-step guide inside the app. Most take under 10 minutes.

Set up CONCIERGE
CONCIERGE is your portfolio-aware assistant — it reads agent memory, brand context, calendar, and recent activity. It is not a generic chatbot.
Complete brand voice in Step 3 before heavy use. Run agents or Ask ✦ first; CONCIERGE continues those threads without re-briefing. Access CONCIERGE from Signatures in the sidebar.

Explore MUSE
Solo: 2 models for static generation. Elevate: 4 models.
Navigate to MUSE in Signatures, or CANVAS → MUSE. Select a model, input your brief, choose output format, confirm credit cost, then generate. Outputs save to VAULT automatically.
Solo: 500 credits/month. Elevate: 1,200 credits/month. Static image: 15 credits each.

Platform workspace
Command and above unlock the full platform workspace. Elevate includes STUDIO and MEETINGS basics.
Editorial Calendar: one schedule for social, email, and content. SHEETS: live finance and inventory workbooks. MEETINGS: booking links and transcript summaries. CHATBOTS: embed on your site. STUDIO: AI drafts for copy and decks.
Open each module from the sidebar. FLOW ties MEETINGS action items and email sequences together.

Understanding AI credits
Your monthly allocation covers all AI-powered activity in your instance.
