Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for YLÄUXI software, agents, and customer-facing automations. Effective June 2026.
Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) supplements the Terms of Service. It protects YLÄUXI, other customers, and the public from harmful or unlawful use of the Service.
Prohibited conduct
- Violating applicable law, including spam, fraud, sanctions, and export controls
- Infringing intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- Attempting to bypass security, access other instances, or probe infrastructure
- Using AI features to generate malware, phishing, or deceptive impersonation
- Scraping or harvesting data from third parties without authorization
- Deploying chatbots or automations without required AI disclosure to end users
- Generating or distributing non-consensual intimate imagery or exploitative content involving minors
- Scraping, copying, or using YLÄUXI MUSE roster assets outside an active licensed instance
Email and messaging
You must honor unsubscribe requests, identify commercial messages, and maintain consent records for marketing email sent through the Service.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, request remediation, throttle AI usage, suspend features, or terminate access for material breach after notice where practicable. Unauthorized use of MUSE roster assets may be referred for legal action under the MUSE Terms.
