Refund Policy
Billing, cancellations, and when refunds apply. Effective June 2026.
General position
YLÄUXI subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as stated in this policy or as required by applicable law.
This policy does not limit statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
Standard position: no refunds
Monthly subscriptions
No refund is issued for a monthly subscription fee once the billing cycle has started. If you cancel mid-cycle, access continues through the end of the paid period. Unused days are not prorated.
Downgrades
If you downgrade mid-cycle, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the tier price difference within the current cycle.
Add-ons
Add-on fees, including additional brand slots, agent slots, model access, credit top-ups, and one-time service fees, are non-refundable once purchased and activated.
AI credits
AI credit top-up purchases are non-refundable. Credits consumed before a cancellation or downgrade request are not refundable.
When refunds are issued
Billing errors
If you are charged incorrectly due to a technical error, including duplicate charges or charges at the wrong tier rate, YLÄUXI will refund the erroneous amount in full within 10 business days of confirmation.
Service unavailability (Prestige SLA)
Prestige subscribers with an active SLA may receive service credits as defined in the Service Level Agreement. Credits apply to future invoices. Cash refunds are not issued unless the subscriber cancels within the credit period.
Pre-launch cancellation
If you cancel within 48 hours of your initial subscription and have not accessed the Service or consumed any AI credits, YLÄUXI will issue a full refund upon written request to billing@ylauxi.com.
EU and UK consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason (cooling-off period).
By accessing the Service after purchase, including logging into your account, activating agents, or consuming AI credits, you consent to immediate commencement of the Service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is forfeited upon that access. This waiver is disclosed at checkout.
If you have not accessed the Service within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting billing@ylauxi.com within that period.
This provision does not affect your other statutory rights as a consumer under EU or UK law.
Enterprise license
Enterprise license fees are governed by your individual Enterprise agreement. Refund terms for Enterprise engagements are negotiated case by case and documented in that agreement.
How to request a refund
Eligible requests must be submitted in writing to billing@ylauxi.com with:
- Full name and account email address
- Subscription tier and billing date
- Reason for the request
- Description of any billing error, if applicable
YLÄUXI responds to refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method via Stripe.
