Trust
You own your data. MIRA works for you.
What MIRA knows, what it doesn't store, how your data is handled, and what you can do with it. Transparency is not a feature — it is the baseline.
What MIRA knows.
MIRA only knows what you tell it or what flows in from connected integrations. It builds a working model of your business — not a surveillance profile.
Pipeline & deals
Active deals, past deal history, counterparty names, deal values, and outcomes. Used to surface intelligence, benchmarks, and Monday Brief content.
Rate card
Your rate floors, ceilings, and deal-type pricing. Used for negotiation intelligence and rate benchmark comparisons.
Financial data
Revenue, expenses, and cash flow — either entered manually or via connected accounting integrations. Used for P&L, forecasting, and financial intelligence agents.
Client and contact data
Names, emails, and communication history with your clients and counterparties. Never shared with other users or used to train AI models.
Documents
Contracts, proposals, and files you upload or generate. Stored encrypted. Accessible only by you and, if you choose, your team.
Usage patterns
Which agents you use, how often, and what you ask. Used only to improve your experience — not to target advertising or build a profile for third parties.
What MIRA does not store.
✗Conversation content is not permanently stored after the session ends. MIRA has context within a session, not a permanent transcript.
✗Healthcare and clinical data is never collected, processed, or stored. YLAUXI is not HIPAA-covered in its standard form.
✗Your data is not used to train AI models — not by YLAUXI, not by the underlying model providers. Your client names, deal values, and rate card are yours.
✗We do not sell data. We do not monetize your business information. The product is the subscription, not you.
✗Third-party integrations (Stripe, DocuSign, Calendly) receive only what is necessary to complete a specific action. We do not share your full profile with integration partners.
AI transparency.
MIRA has opinions — they're labeled as such
When MIRA says "I'd decline this," it is sharing a recommendation based on your data, market benchmarks, and defined logic — not a fact. MIRA distinguishes between what the data shows and what it recommends.
You can see why
Every MIRA recommendation links to the data and logic behind it. You can see the inputs — the rate benchmark, the deal comparison, the workload score — before accepting any recommendation.
MIRA learns from corrections
When you override MIRA's recommendation, it adjusts. When you tell it something was wrong, it updates. Your corrections shape how MIRA works for you — not for every user.
Document generation requires your review
Contracts, proposals, and legal documents generated by MIRA are drafts. MIRA flags clauses that typically require attorney review. You sign off before anything goes out.
Your data rights.
